These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and xc444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at xc444.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the xc444 website, mobile interface, gaming content, sports betting markets, promotional offers and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

xc444 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform. It is not operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution including but not limited to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Payment service names referenced on this platform are for contextual familiarity only.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the xc444 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a User pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the procedural and regulatory controls applied to prevent financial crime.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game entry placed by a User using real-money Balance.
• "Services" means all gaming products, betting markets, account tools and support services provided by xc444.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency referenced in platform documentation for contextual clarity.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing the Services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary account restriction requested by a User to suspend access for a defined or indefinite period.

To register an account and use the Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age verification is mandatory and failure to pass KYC age checks will result in account suspension.
• You must be an individual natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of or located in a Restricted Territory where access to the Services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, either through xc444 or through any applicable third-party gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor or close associate of xc444 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information. xc444 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected.

4.1 Information Required

During registration and KYC verification, you may be required to provide:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth confirming you meet the minimum age requirement.
• A valid email address and contact details.
• A copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of address where required — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
• A selfie or liveness check image to confirm the submitted identity document belongs to you.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held in your Account. Any material change — including change of address, contact details or payment method — must be updated promptly. Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent documentation is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions and will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities where required.

4.3 Document Security

Only upload KYC documents through the secure HTTPS verification portal within your xc444 account. Do not send sensitive identity documents via unencrypted email, WhatsApp, social media or any other unsecured channel. xc444 will never request your documents through an unofficial channel.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, xc444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

5.1 User Responsibilities

As a condition of using the Services, you agree to:

• Access the platform only from jurisdictions where it is lawful to do so.
• Keep your account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify xc444 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Wager only with funds you can afford to lose, within pre-set deposit and loss limits.
• Accept that all wager outcomes are final once settled, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 11.

5.2 Platform Availability

xc444 endeavours to provide uninterrupted access to the Services. However, we do not guarantee continuous, error-free or uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, third-party software failures or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. xc444 is not liable for any losses arising from service unavailability.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by xc444 at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. All deposits are subject to applicable processing times and fees, which vary by method. xc444 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — funds must originate from an account or payment instrument held in your own name.

Payment method references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only. These references do not imply that those providers endorse or support gambling activity, nor that xc444 holds any formal arrangement with those institutions.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available only to users who have completed KYC verification. Requests are typically processed within the timeframe stated in the cashier section. xc444 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity patterns are detected.

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• xc444 may set withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or periodic basis, which will be displayed in the cashier.

6.3 Currency

Account Balances are displayed in the currency applicable to your account jurisdiction. Where PKR is referenced in platform documentation, it is for illustrative purposes. Applicable exchange rates and conversion fees — if any — will be displayed at the time of transaction.

xc444 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live-dealer titles may contribute a lower percentage or zero. The applicable contribution table will be published with each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited without notice.
• Non-Transferability: Promotional offers are non-transferable and are intended solely for personal use by the registered Account holder. They may not be sold, traded or passed to another user.
• Abuse Prevention: xc444 reserves the right to revoke bonuses, reverse associated winnings and close Accounts where promotional abuse — including through coordinated wagering or exploitation of system errors — is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, termination and possible legal action:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, including the use of another person's CNIC, passport or any falsified documents.
• Operating multiple accounts on the platform, whether in your own name or using third-party identities.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or gaining unfair advantages.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any other non-human method to interact with the Services.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in any game or system feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime using the platform.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after those transactions have been used to place wagers.
• Accessing the Services using a VPN, proxy server or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions where such restrictions apply.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing xc444 staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the xc444 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, design elements and trademarks — is the intellectual property of xc444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial licence to access and view platform content solely for the purpose of using the Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any content without the prior written consent of xc444.

xc444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools within the Account dashboard that allow users to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and cooling-off periods. Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent — is available at any time and can be activated directly through account settings without any waiting period.

Gambling on xc444 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering a new account. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xc444 and its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Services.
• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, data transmission errors or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your decision to use the Services in a jurisdiction where doing so is restricted or prohibited by local law.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information, odds, statistics or data presented on the platform.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xc444 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.

xc444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity.
• The user has provided false, misleading or unverifiable identity information.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the restriction or closure of the Account.
• The user is located in a Restricted Territory.

Users may also voluntarily close their Accounts at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money Balance (net of applicable fees and after satisfaction of bonus requirements) will be returned to the user via the original payment method where possible, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xc444 holds its applicable operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

This Agreement does not create any rights enforceable under Pakistani law, nor does it constitute an acknowledgement by xc444 that its Services are lawful under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation under applicable domestic legislation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any amendments or regulations issued thereunder.

xc444 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as alterations to account eligibility criteria, withdrawal policies or bonus terms — reasonable notice will be provided to registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the platform.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at xc444.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure.
